Spoken passage:
In seven years, the Vengeful One will come. He’ll shatter our world into little pieces. And none of us are strong enough to stop him.

Verse 1:
They gathered together, the seven gods of Ethasar,
Augustus of the Julian Empire, wise and trickster god,
Grok, the All-Father of the orcs, red of skin and hair,
Malleon, the giants’ god, his hammer in the air.
Aljin of the desert men, shrouded in mystery,
Njord, a force of nature, the blue god of the sea,
The Lady, goddess of a realm of chivalry and might,
And Serya Krov, the vampire god, a terrifying sight.

Verse 2:
A prophecy they’d all received, from the Supreme One,
In seven years, another god, the Vengeful One, would come.
Their world, he’d shatter into pieces, destroying the seven’s home,
And none of them can’t stop him, not alone.
No bribes or threats they’d make would turn the Vengeful One away,
The Supreme One wouldn’t help them, but He told them there’s a way.
One god they’ll choose to wield their powers, the chosen one must fly
To fight the Vengeful One, and the other six must die.

Chorus:
With their world in grave danger,
The seven gods are bound to defend it,
One of them must wield all their powers, and
Six gods must die.

Verse 3:
To Ethasar, they would return in a thousand years,
But for the fates of their own people, each of them now fears.
None of the gods would choose to die, when there’s so much at stake,
Yet one must take their powers, and which one is their choice to make.
Augustus raised his voice. “I say we all vote, here and now.”
“Nonsense! We must fight!” shouted the vampire god.
“But we can’t hurt each other,” Grok the All-Father said.
And so, their mortal champions had to fight instead.

Chorus:

Verse 4:
Four champions from among their people, each of the gods then chose,
And with a Godly Pact, they bound their fates to those.
Kings and queens, priests and warriors, wizards with powers vast,
Diplomats, assassins, spies, their fame forever to last.
Across the lands of Ethasar, for their gods they’ll fight,
In battles of skill and strategy, of magic and of might,
When three champions perish, their god will meet their end,
The last of the gods will take their powers, Ethasar to defend.

Chorus:

Verse 5:
With honor and chivalry,
With cunning and strategy,
With violence and savagery,
The seven realms must fight.
Great battles and swift night attacks,
Besieging cities, turning back,
Alliances and betrayals,
With victory in sight.
Heroes rise and heroes fall,
Wounds in battle take their toll,
With each champion’s death, the godly
Contest nears its end.
The War of the Seven now begins,
Six gods must die for one to win,
To take the others’ powers,
Ethasar to defend.

Chorus:

Repeat Chorus.
