Through a game of war and strategy, and wisdom of faraway lands.

He knew that Emperor Lucius would win the war at last.

Aljin, the cunning desert god, his strategy so keen,
Sent forth his skilled assassins, silent and unseen.
Two Julian champions slain, and when a third one’s heart gave way,
Augustus understood his reign had reached its final day.

The Lady’s womb now carries twins, by destiny or chance.
A final kiss and he was gone, her eyes were filled with tears,
